Working with Blair is unlike any other style of workout I've tried. I tend to move through exercises quickly with less focus on form--Blair has helped me be more intentional and aware of my movement. Over the last few months working together, I have built strength, balance, and flexibility, all while improving my form. Blair's creative and challenging workouts always mix it up by incorporating new moves and equipment, many of which I've never tried before. She is a patient, encouraging, dedicated teacher. Dynamic movement with Blair is a rewarding experience and I couldn't recommend it more!
