Working with Blair was a great experience for me! She gave me workouts that challenged me in unique ways. I really liked the focus on core strength, my core certainly got much stronger! And as an athlete I appreciated the dynamic movement and plyometric aspects of our sessions, which have helped me move better as a tennis player.
Blair was able to motivate me to push myself to my full potential, and knew the right things to say that made me feel confident to finish even when I thought I may have to quit a set early. She also is very receptive if you tell her that something is hurting or uncomfortable, and can easily adapt the routine to your personal needs. Would highly recommend! Thanks Blair!
