Blair is a great coach. Aside from doing some physical activities that I enjoy (biking, hiking, etc), I've never had a fitness routine. Blair is great at individualizing workouts so that even beginners like me can achieve greater balance, strength, and agility. Blair's background in physical therapy and her thoughtful approach to fitness makes me confident she would be just as good with people of all levels.
