We have had an amazing experience with Blair. Having never worked with a personal trainer before, we were unsure whether it would be the right fit for us. Blair has done an incredible job developing a training plan that has been both challenging and attainable. We have been training with her for a little over four months and could not be happier with the progress. We have seen dramatic improvements in both strength and endurance over this short period of time. 

Blair is not only an amazing trainer, but an all around fantastic person. She brings a great energy to each workout and is compassionate when we are struggling. While the workouts are challenging, the program she has developed has been easy to follow and demonstrates her expertise in training the inexperienced. We could not be happier with our experience working with Blair!
