Mo: "working with Blair for over a year"

I am a former D1 collegiate basketball player, continued on through the military and semi professionally. I struggled with mobility and flexibility which caused pain and stiffness, slowing me down early and ultimately unnecessary weight gain. I have been working with Blair for over a year now and have become more noticeably flexible in my hips, knees, and ankles which has improved my overall mobility and endurance. She has also helped me with nutrition and the understanding of healthy calorie intake, helping me to drop 20+ lbs and develop lean muscle. I can now play again freely with much less pain, if any at all, and feel better in all aspects! Thank you for your kind, gentle, but effective approach to help improve my daily life!
