For the past 3 years, I didn't feel comfortable in my own skin after having gained weight. I tried to do what I could on my own, like running, but felt so defeated every time I looked in the mirror and went on the scale. I didn't know what to do, but I just knew something had to change so I signed up for personal training sessions with Blair.
Naturally, it took a little time for my body to acclimate to the exercises, but with Blair's encouragement and guidance I feel stronger today than I have in a long time. I was a defeatist before, but Blair has taught and proved to me that both my body and I are capable of working hard. I'm grateful that Blair got me to a place where I feel like my body is my own again.
