I looked for a few personal trainers and decided on Blair because of her years of experience and her specialization in mobility and weight loss. I'm recovering from multiple injuries and have a wedding coming up and I can't think of a better person to help me meet my fitness goals. Blair also has an amazing ability to push you to work your hardest but also encourage you to value the strength and physical attributes you have right now.
