Blair is a phenomenal coach — a perfect blend of presence, compassion, knowledge, and skill. I sought her out shortly after learning I was pregnant because I knew I'd need extra support to stay motivated and strong throughout my pregnancy.

I'm so glad I did; her workouts are tough, but tailored to my needs on a given day. She is super attuned, knowing exactly when to challenge you, and when to take a time out for restorative breathwork and stretching.
